Not sure if it has been posted before but I came across this on Ron Gotcher's site. Someone posted it from a Chinese EB3 website. Scroll to page 46 and you can see the waiting list details for EB3-India. Disclosure - I make no claims to its accuracy so don't flame me :-)

My husband and my EAD and AP renewal time is approaching. We were thinking to do it ourselves but we don't know how to do it.
Could you please guide us in self filing?
a) Is there E- renewals? What about photographs for such renewals?
b) What documents are required for renewing?
c) Where can we find information regarding EAD and AP renewals?

Can someone please confirm if "Card Production Ordered" email from USCIS mean my 485 is approved and I have gotten GC ?
I have only got this "Card Production Ordered" email and not an email specifically saying "485 approved". How long does it take after "Card Production Ordered" email to get actual card.
Also if May bulletin is Unavailable it still means that GC;s issued if your date is current in April are valid ? My email came yesterday same day as the new May bulletin ?
If I remember right from your older post you are the one who was waiting for some 15-18 years right ? You deserve it. Congrats my friend and enjoy your life ahead.

If you own more then 5% in the company you cannot sponsor GC for you self or your family members.

Dont worry. With proper documentation you can prove that you dont have an immigration intent NOW. What matters is the immigration intent NOW.
Logically NOT filing 485 and LEAVING US for a lengthier period of time itself is a hint towards non-immigration intent. (I agree that USCIS might not always follow the logic).
Obviously you need to show about your strong ties in home country and why you might want to come back.
But the consulate can come-up with their own decision, since "intent" is something which can never be proved 100% . And the officers at consulate are instructed to consider every visa applicant as a possible immigrant.

Well if it is clearly mentioned in the offer letter that Employer will cover the GC cost, then isnt the employer supposed to pay for it irrespective of when the labor was filed. It was filed in 2006.
Btw, i am on AOS if that is what was meant from my legal status..

Since you no longer work for the employer, you do not have any basis for recouping the costs. If you are in AOS status, it requires that there by an underlying immigrant petition by an employer. In your case, the employer on your petition no longer employs you, and therefore, if you go by the book, you are not in legal status. Rather than try to get money from your old employer, I'd suggest that you look for an employer who will take over your GC process. If you keep pestering your prior employer, they can revoke your I-140, which then invalidates your EAD and your I-485 application. So tread with care.

No, you can not get a copy of I-140 by USCIS
except your employer or attorney, one of my friend called attorneys office when attorney is not in the office paralegal answered and he requested her a copy of approval she sent but attorney may not give you. However there is a form of I-824 to get a duplicate copy but its useful to employers not for beneficiary. USCIS will not send duplicate of I-140 copy to beneficiary.
If you want to port your older priority date, having I-140 approval is good but that not required, meaning if you have I-140 receipt number thats good enough to port.

It is my observation that when we do Google search for a topic on immigration, if our search words match with the titles of our posts in any thread, the serach shows our threads. I observed this with my "AC21 Update" post. Now when I do Google search on words "AC21 Update" the first result displayed is my thread. :)
That means if we cleverly design our thread titles, our threads would be displayed in many Google searches. If this is the observation of all members, would all of you be careful to attach a smart title to your thread? Can all the members be made aware of this fact?
May be I am repeating something that is already discussed, but still.........
